Part-Time Assistant Needed

SEEKING: Highly SELF-Motivated Individual able to work from our office.  (Office is Located in the West End).
Job Description:  Create Marketing, Enter/Edit Listings, Organize Files, Scan Docs to our Main Office, Create and Manage Database Spreadsheets, Answer Phones, Schedule Appointments, Keep Office Tidy, etc.
Requirements:  Must be TECH SAVVY, adept with Microsoft Word and Excel (or their OpenOffice Equivalents), facebook, blogging, twitter & pinterest.
Pay:  $10/hour to start.  Pay raises and more hours based on skill level improvements and efficiency.  This position currently caps at $13/hour.

Entry-Level Buyer Specialist (Salary, scroll down for commission-based positions):
Full-Time Agents Needed (hiring up to 3 agents for this position)

SEEKING: Highly SELF-Motivated agents able to work from home or office. Must be able to visit the office at least once a week for Team Meetings and Updates.  (Office is Located in the West End).
Job Description:  The Team supplies your leads, you follow up with them, set appointments, show houses, negotiate offers and close deals.
Duties:  Diligent Client Follow Up, Accurately Write-up Contracts, Overcome Obstacles and Get the Deal Closed
Requirements: PA State RE License Necessary. Experience is not necessary.
Pay: Secure Salary of $20,000 per year to start plus bonuses.  The Team pays ALL of your MLS, Supra, Licensing and Office Fees.  Your following years will be a salary based on 35% – 40% of your previous year’s production (GCI to the Team minus your annual expenses).  Basically, you create your own raise.

I provide ALL of the leads, you convert them to sales.  You should be able to close 4 deals a month or more with the number of leads I will provide.  We have a strong focus on investors at the moment but also deal with first-time and second-time buyers.

Job Description:  The Team supplies your leads, you follow up with them, set appointments, take property management contracts, put tenants in the units as needed and coordinate maintenance and other property needs.
Duties:  Diligent Client Follow Up, Accurately Write-up Contracts, Overcome Obstacles and Get the Deals Closed, Provide Exceptional Customer Support to Both Owner and Tenant.
Requirements: PA State RE License Necessary.  Experience is preferred although it is not necessary.
Pay: Competitive Commission take of 50%.  The Team pays your MLS and Office Fees.  You pay Supra and Licensing Costs.  Supra may not be necessary.

Job Description: Listing agent in charge of obtaining new listings in the areas East of the Pittsburgh City limits from Regent Square and Aspinwall to Plum Boro and Fox Chapel.
Duties: Lead generation, follow up and conversion. Make initial contact with clients, meet for initial listing presentation, completion of listing documents and enter the listing in to the local MLS. Coordinate the sale and closing of your listings.
Requirements: experience is preferred although extensive experience is not necessary.
Pay: Commission take of 50% after paying the company “cap”w/ other incentives.

Job Description: Listing agent in charge of obtaining new listings in the areas North of the Pittsburgh City limits from West View and Bellevue to McCandless and Wexford.
Duties: Lead generation, follow up and conversion. Make initial contact with clients, meet for initial listing presentation, completion of listing documents and enter the listing in to the local MLS. Coordinate the sale and closing of your listings.
Requirements: experience is preferred although extensive experience is not necessary.
Pay: Commission take of 50% after paying the company “cap” w/ other incentives.
